Seaty Park Investments (Pty) Ltd. is a manufacturing company that produces good quality bread and biscuits. Our company delivers both value and quality. The company was founded in 2004. Presently the company employs 50 people directly.
Opportunity
Our products are biscuits and Breads
There are different varieties in biscuits with different flavours : Banana, Cherry, Choco-chip, Ginger ,coconut and Short Bread.
All the varieties are packed in four sizes like 3kg, 2kg, 1kg and 500g.
We also produce two varieties in bread ie. White and Brown.
Bread is packed in two sizes like 600g and 700g in each variety.
Problems
Our market is very small and the manufacturing companies from outside the country are bringing in a lot of biscuits with very competitive price.
What we realized is that investment in packaging and machinery cannot be big since the sales volume is not going to be proportionate to accommodate the cost.
