Services offered by PowerCom include tower space leasing, managed services for rooftops and 3rd party co-location. We serve telecom operators, broadcasters, internet service providers, security companies, police force and national security, transport sector, farmers and municipalities. PowerCom's business model enables clients to plug and play on the infrastructure and on an operating lease basis, moving them from Capex to Opex model. Opportunity
PowerCom design ,constructs & maintain telecommunications towers for lease purposes (+-600 leases). The business offers build to suit services to clients who are seeking turnkey solutions partners on their telecommunications infrastructure roles, i.e self providing operators. The business is the preferred hub for infrastructure due to its dedicated and sole services as an infrastructure provider, PowerCom has no other revenue stream other than its core business. The turn around time for client on boarding also puts as ahead of our competitors which is self providing infrastructure owners. PowerCom is also providing managed services to 3rd parties particular roof top managed services in various town country wide and is looking at launching 3rd party colocations.
