Energy Systems is an energy management company with a focus in renewable energy and a particular major focus in solar. The main focus are both in solar PV and solar thermal and we are currently focused on components integration to build customized solutions. We provide full engineering, procurement, and contracting services in Botswana. We are considering pursuing our Southern African markets for scaling our business. We are predominantly associated with high quality product manufacturers that have very stable and reliable support and this adds to our main selling point. Our value proposition is anchored in the reliability of our services and this is supported by the good quality products that are selected through careful and thorough processes as well as our very competent team of engineers that are continuously trained.
Opportunity
The first problem that our products and services solve is reliable access to renewable energy especially Solar. The second problem is the products and services that address energy efficiency. The third service is capacity building in the renewable energy industry and specifically solar.
Our customers have continued to choose us due to our deliberate choice in reliable products which we achieve by partnering with reputable manufacturers that provide clear support of their products. We have also made a choice to build skills within our technical teams to support these solutions and when customers see clear display of confidence and competence in product knowledge they choose our services. We have also trained our teams on the capibilities of pricing tenders and understanding specifications for competative bidding. Our training offer addresses competency skills in the vocational skills space and customers choose us because our programmes are accredited.
